The Great Put On is a Martha's Vineyard boutique coming to Boston Seaport in 2024.
Job Description:
- Pay structure is hourly plus commission
- Assist clients and guests with their needs throughout the store and close sales
- Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering best-in-class customer service as a boot expert and store representative.
- Extend exceptional hospitality and communicate company values and brand philosophy to all customers
- Create a customer database and manage customer follow-up
- Run individualized design consultations
- Be an expert on product knowledge and store operations and policies
- Assist with critical store operations such as re-merchandising, inventory management, and store organization/cleanliness/maintenance
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions
- Continuously communicate any and all customer feedback relating to merchandise and offer insight to the product development and design teams based on sales and customer feedback
- Be a source of positivity and maintain an uplifting work environment
